Joseph Greco

Joseph is an accomplished serial entrepreneur and investor.  He founded, built, and exited multiple businesses that attracted Private Equity investors (Summit Partners, Roark Capital, CIP Capital, & GTCR), including PSC Info Group and RevSpring. He founded and recently successfully exited Experity Ventures, a ˜$400MM alternative asset investment fund. Joe is the Managing Director of Ascend Ventures, his private investment arm and family office platform, and has successfully invested across the entire ecosystem of sports business, including teams, media, fashion, technology & licensing. He is a 12-year co-owner of Major League Soccer’s Philadelphia Union, widely recognized as one of the best managed professional soccer teams in North America.​

Nick Sprague

Nick is a thought leader with unique knowledge of the global sports business. He worked nearly 20 years in the Americas ecosystem as general counsel in a large multinational group (NYSE: BAK) and as an entrepreneur.  Nick has an extensive background in project finance, M&A, compliance, and cross-border transactions. Nick was on the leadership team that launched and ran Inter Miami and has been advising MLS team owners for almost a decade. He has led sports M&A diligence projects in the US, Europe & Latin America, and possesses deep knowledge of the broader sports ecosystem.  Nick was an early-stage investor and senior executive leading the global growth of Orreco—recognized by Sports Business Journal in 2023 as the world’s best sports performance technology company.

Mike Golden

Mike is a leader in building technology, sports e-commerce, media and apparel businesses.  Mike was the co-founder of GSI Commerce (now Fanatics), ShopRunner, Organic Media, Homeclick and Burb Media.   Previously Michael was the Chief Marketing Officer of Marc Ecko and Zoo York.  He served on the Board of Directors of Pet360, Swirl Networks and Yieldify and was the Chairman of Complex Networks.  Additionally, Mike has started and been a partner in several successful early-stage venture funds over the last 25 years.
